What is Fukugi

The "fukugi" tree has long been planted as hedges, primarily in Okinawa, to provide shade and protection from strong winds and intense sunlight. Bise in the northern part of Okinawa Island (near the Churaumi Aquarium) is particularly famous for its fukugi tree-lined streets. The beauty of the ocean shimmering beyond the shadows cast by these rows of fukugi trees leaves a very deep impression. Reflecting on the relationship between the fukugi and people, this consultation service was established with the hope to:

• Ease the burden of those facing anxieties or problems.

• Provide support to prevent issues from arising.

• Help those with worries move towards a brighter tomorrow, even if just a little.

We offer our services to individuals and companies alike, hoping to be of assistance in any way possible.

Drawing upon my experience working in both domestic and international companies and now as an independent professional, I offer objective support in identifying direction for the worries and anxieties primarily faced by salaried workers, such as concerns about work and the workplace, and decisions related to career changes.

Legal Issues for Individuals, such as Inheritance and Guardianship (Handled by a Specialized Certified Administrative Scrivener)

In recent years, many people have been troubled by inheritance issues. Additionally, we hear that the number of individuals living alone and feeling anxious is increasing. We aim to alleviate the concerns of such individuals, even if just a little.

We also provide support for those who require a guardian.

Legal Issues and Foreign Employee Issues for Companies (Handled by a Specialized Certified Administrative Scrivener)

We handle everyday legal matters (such as contract preparation). Furthermore, considering the company's situation, we assist in developing internal systems (such as creating various regulations) and, in recent times, support the employment of foreign nationals.

Business Improvement Support (In Collaboration with Management Consulting Experts)

Leveraging my years of experience in business revitalization for small and medium-sized enterprises, we offer support to companies and sole proprietors who have doubts about their business situation or require the opinion of a third party. Our consulting primarily involves analyzing the financial situation.

About Consultations

We offer hourly consultations for concerns such as career development and interpersonal relationships, as well as general matters that may not require engaging a specialist. The consultation fee is ¥11,000 (including consumption tax) for the first hour, and ¥5,500 (including consumption tax) for each subsequent 30 minutes.

Consultations can be held at cafes or hotel lounges located within a 10-minute walk from any station on the JR Yamanote Line and the Tokyo Metro lines.

Work Requests

For initial meetings with the premise of receiving a specific work request, we can meet you at either: ① a cafe or hotel lounge near any station on the JR Yamanote Line and Tokyo Metro lines, or ② visit your company or home, according to your address and convenience.

If you decide to request our services as a result of the "Consultation," the consultation fee will be deducted from the fee for the requested work (up to a maximum of ¥11,000).
